Hello there,
We are a family owned businesses looking for people to join our team. We are looking for people who can clean out our houses and leave them in good condition. We work for several different clients and need to care for all their property's. These homes are vacant and in need of care. This is a great opportunity for couples or partners.
You do not need experience as we can teach you the expectations of our clients. We ask that you have the following listed items to insure you can complete your job:
1. Truck and trailer or ability to move debris.
2. cleaning supplies
3. generator
4. smart phone to take photos in our app for our client
5.air compressor
6. yard equipment,
duties: yard cuts, Winterzations, clean outs, maid services, roof and gutter cleans, lock changes, property preservation.
You can be your own boss. We just need jobs to be completed on time. . We have an abundance of work at this time and need someone ASAP to start. Job pays per job completed on a 1099 contract.
