The Medve Group, Inc. has an immediate need for a hands-on working Maintenance Supervisor at Chateau Lake Terrace in New Orleans, LA. This position will guide and perform various maintenance related duties necessary to upkeep and enhance the value of our property.
Duties:
Effectively lead by example and manage maintenance crew
Prepare units to move-in ready condition
Performs various community maintenance functions
Responds to resident service requests and issues
Maintain activity log
Reports any maintenance concerns to the Property Manager
Requirements:
2+ years of maintenance experience
1+ years supervisory experience
MUST be able and willing to work hands-on alongside the maintenance crew
Assist with on-call responsibilities
HVAC certified
$25/hr +
