Busy neighborhood cafe needs a seasoned baker to come on board! The bakers produce everything from muffins to our tasty gluten-free bread to supply our pastry case. It's a respectful, calm and fun work environment.
We have tried and true recipes but also encourage creativity. This would be a great way to get into our expanding company and learn and grow while having fun in a well-run establishment.
This is a full-time position. The hours would be 6am to about 2pm five days per week. We would like applicants to have the ability to follow recipes, HUSTLE! and possess professional baking skills. If you have line cook experience, I would also be willing to accept that as professional skills. Punctuality is a must.
Pay is $12/hr to start. We offer medical/dental/vision after 90 days and a meal stipend every shift.
Again, it would be great to bring someone on board who is looking to get in with a great company and grow with them.
