12AM-2AM assistance needed for cleaning/organizing M, T, TH nights; starting with just Monday and Tuesday nights 12-2am to see if we work well together. I recognize these are unusual hours but I am just this busy that this is the best time for me.
I STRONGLY PREFER you be closer than 15 mins commute of Oak and Carrollton 70118 for this just 2 hrs job; I am 7 blocks from Tulane University and have 4 indoor cats. If you are farther away I will need a Very good reason why you should be considered.
You'll need Excellent references to show you are trustworthy. I'll probably do a background check for you to work so closely with me in my home.
We'll do LOTS of general organizing nearly side-by-side under my close direction. The rooms are small, narrow and cluttered.
I'm a retired woman who's involved in a lot of activities, so I need help to keep the house neat. It is not neat now.
There'll be work like: taking cat fur off black clothes, laundry and putting away clothes,
assisting in culling out articles in newspapers and filing, assisting in rearranging My way, refilling water bottles, unloading the dishwasher, sweeping and vacuuming, cleaning the bathroom and kitty litter, redoing seasonal decorations
You will not be doing All those things in 2 hrs. since two hours go by quickly. You may be removing cat hairs from black clothes for a Good while.
I may wish to listen with Wi-Fi headphones to informative programs on PBS or CNN while working. It passes the time quickly. I'm not looking for a lot of conversation; respectfully I am not looking to build a friendship. You may listen to music or TV sometimes.
I am looking for someone who is able to tell me what they would not like to do, and if working with me is going ok, so that if it is not we can adjust if possible. I am seeking someone with a good work ethic, who is fast, has good focus, and is careful. I have a Lot of clothes and papers.
