We are looking for a person with an accounting background in the food industry.
You will be responsible for managing our licensing, compliance, sales tax, payroll, and accounts payable. You will interact with vendors, lenders, government agencies and other strategic partners.
Most importantly, you will manage the cash flow management chart, food cost analysis and projections. You must have demonstrable experience in all three areas.
You must be able to implement and manage processes and procedures.
We expect you to be professional, courteous and work well with a team. Leadership and professionalism in a small operation is important.

Remote multi-unit accounting
Management of multi-departments/companies
Start-up experience
Food cost analysis
Retail costs analysis
