Join us and together we will drive the future of health care.This is an exceptional opportunity to do innovative work that means more to you and those we serve at one of America's leading health benefits companies and a Fortune Top 50 Company.This position may be located at any Anthem office.Lead team and collaborate with Enterprise Delegation Oversight directors dedicated to providing data analytics, reporting and report development aligned to the Enterprise Delegation Oversight Management team.Develops internal reporting and informatics functions for Enterprise Delegation Oversight Management team to perform substantive, comprehensive quantitative analyses to facilitate data-driven decision making. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Collaborates with other clinical analysis program leaders to develop and refine program evaluation metrics and other clinical management programs.Requires Bachelors degree and 9 years of experience in fnancial, utilization, and quality measures of health care, managed care inforamtion development, physician profiling reporting or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. MBA or MPH strongly preferred.Prior experience in data management, data capture and cross department collaboration is preferred.
Must be proficient with MS Suite, SQL and Tableau.
