CGI seeks a Salesforce Developer. Required qualifications to be successful in this roleWhat you will be doing:
• Working knowledge and direct experience with Salesforce.com• Experience and/or knowledge of Apex, VisualForce Pages, Web Services, SOQL, AJAX, XML, Javascript and/or HTML• Understanding of data structures and understanding of data migration• General understanding of the full application lifecycle from inception through maintenance• Strong problem solving skills• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently or in a team environment at various times• Proven ability to learn technical concepts and translate them to the appropriate audience• Ability to recognize opportunities for new business• Work well in a team environmentRequired Experience• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in software development or programming and/or relevant experienceEducation• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Science, Computer Science or other related Degree. Master’s preferred• Experience may be considered in lieu of completed DegreeDesired:• Java, Java-script, Eclipse• Applications development using advanced technologies, such as Internet protocols or web-based technology• HTML, Common Gateway Interface (CGI) applications, PERL• Force.com Developer Certification (DEV401 or DEV501)• Integration and Web services projects• Building custom application using Force.com platform, Customer Communities• Configuration, development, customization creation of standard and custom objects• Salesforce experience in Developer or Architect capacity.• Salesforce.com developer for Enterprise or Unlimited Edition (preferably at a large organization)• Salesforce.com development, including creation of standard and custom objects, etc.- CGI is unable to sponsor international hires for this position.osition DescriptionCGI is seeking a Salesforce Developer.
