Millennium Construction of Lake Charles located on 403 W 18th Street is looking for a qualify individual who has the following requirement:
1. You will be required to have a resume attached with requirement below and a cover letter why we should consider you for this position. Please reply with the resume, cover letter, and most importantly, contact information.
2. You will be required to have reliable transportations to attend appointments
3. You will be required to know residential commercial construction and know how to do estimating and bidding
4. You will be required to own a truck
5. You will be required to create scope of work, create work order, order materials, create change order for clients, and pick up materials
6. You will be required to do final inspection on the scope of work to make sure all items are complete equal or exceed the construction standard
7. You will be required to handle disgruntle customer and create raving fans for the company
8. You must have the patience to help people
9. You must have great customer service skills
10. You must be drug free and drama free
11. You must have at least 5 years construction management experience
12. Bonus - Speak English and Spanish fluently

Pay are as follow: For the first 30 days we pay $275/day. Program operation hours are 7am – 7pm. Based on performance and efficiency, bonus or raise will be considered at 30 days. If you do not match our core value or our expectation, we will find someone else.
