Residential Maintenance Supervisor (Natchitoches, LA)

SBC Professional Search has an immediate need for a Residential Maintenance Supervisor for off-campus Student Housing (Multifamily.) You should be customer service oriented, with the ability to work with the Property Manager to prioritize work orders. You should have experience leading and directing a team of maintenance techs, including groundskeepers, and be able to work with outside vendors/contractors for turn maintenance. HVAC and/or EPA Certification REQUIRED; CPO Certification or experience working on/with swimming pools strongly preferred. Experience with "turn" and/or Make Readies required. You should also be willing and able to be on call for Maintenance Emergencies ONLY. Some weekend work and OT required at various time of the year (primarily move out and move in.) Prior Student Housing or Multifamily Residential Experience strongly preferred. Generous hourly pay and benefits included; onsite housing also available! Salary is DOE.
