Workers needed as soon as possible for a local maintenance company. Lead position is available and helpers too.
must have transportation with valid driver license
if asked to drive companys vehicle; you must have a great driving record
looking for lead position to fill (must be able to work and handle a crew without supervision on yourself)
must be able handle extreme work flow from day to day
can work with others and create a new team flow for the company
can take directions from the manager and get to work ON TIME
able to start work immediately if called for an interview on the phone
work is all over the surrounding areas (must be able to work where sent)
must have tools (drill, hammer, ladder and etc.)
must be able to work long hours
must be able to work at a fast pace (several locations a day)
We are looking for people who have experience in maintenance, grounds keeping, floor cleaning, demo, sheet rock repairs, plumbing, electrical, light cabinetry and etc You must have at least 2 years or more to be able to apply for the lead position. Helpers should at least have 1 year of some time of labor.
We are basically looking for new teams in our company. There is so much work that we have to make new teams to satisfy our clients.
