A guest's first impression of Juban's comes from their initial contact with our Server Assistants. As a Server
Assistant, you will be asked to:
Server Assistants assist servers in ensuring excellent service
Greet guests as they sit
Assist in keeping the guests' beverages full
Assist in delivering all food to tables as it is being dropped
Assist servers in pre-bussing and bussing tables throughout their meals
Help keep your sections and hallways clean
Help clear and reset tables as guests leave
Help keep wait stations stocked throughout the shift
