Very busy residential contracting company is in need of a well-organized accounting person to help with job auditing, A/R and A/P. Main job function will be auditing incoming job files for accuracy and preparing the job to be ordered. Jobseeker must be very detail-oriented and thoroughly competent in Microsoft Office and Access. Experience with financial software such as Peachtree or Quickbooks is a plus, a can-do attitude is a must. We are looking for someone with previous experience who works well in a high-volume, team atmosphere.
This is a career opportunity with an established company. Benefits package includes healthcare and 401K. $12 per hour to start.
