Task: IT Tech Support Move
Location: Jeffersonville, IN 47130
Duration: 6 months (subject to extension)
Pay Rate: $20/hr
Job Description: Support Windows 7.x to 10.x migration, imaging, Citrix\Remote Access Support, Break-Fix
Job Requirements:
IT field services technician with at least 3 years experienced
Experience with Migration from Windows 7.x to Windows 10.x
Experience with Imaging (Windows 10), System Configuration, System Profile Setups and Data Transfer
Experience with Citrix\Remote Access Support
Supporting Break-Fix issues (pertaining to the setups of user profile or system configuration)
Clear background check required
A local lead tech will be onsite to provide specific direction and assistance as needed
