Job Description:
This key position within our organization requires a team-oriented individual with a base level technical knowledge of audio/visual equipment and integrated systems. Previous experience in the installation of audio/visual systems and related control equipment in residential, commercial, and hospitality environments is appreciated but not a disqualifier. Employee would work with the Business Manager and Service Manager to ensure each client is receiving concierge level service and installation.
Duties (Essential Functions):
Ensure customers have a positive experience
Efficiently pull, terminate, label, and test cables between audio, video, data, and control equipment
Running/fishing/terminations of low voltage wiring
Installation of TVs and TV mounts, in-wall and ceiling speakers, projectors, etc
Clean installation debris after all service and installation visits
Assist in full service test after install or service visit prior to leaving site visit
Conduct weekly inventory of wire and fleet vehicle stock
Assist with weekly fleet vehicle inventory checks as assigned
Perform fleet vehicle clean up weekly as assigned
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
Exemplary customer service skills
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Multitask while upholding quality and integrity of work
Possess a valid driver's license and good driving record
Must remain smoke-free while on site with customers and while operating fleet vehicle
Must have basic knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools
Physical Demands/ Working Environment:
Must be able to lift or maneuver objects up to and exceeding 75 pounds as well as frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, walking and standing on a regular basis while performing job duties
Includes working in an indoor and outdoor work environment as each specific job site requires
Have the ability to work a flexible schedule which may include some traveling
Hours:
Full time work from 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Monday Friday or at discretion of CEO
