Responsibilities
-Lead sales team.
-Set, track, and drive sales goals.
-Recruit sales staff and painting contractors.
-Schedule and manage projects.
-Regularly report sales and progress to company executives.
-Take overflow in-home sales appointments.
- Organize, plan and execute marketing efforts.
This is a very sales and marketing oriented position!
