Job Description

LOCATION: Lousville, KY

PAY RATE: Starting at $14.00 per hour, paid biweekly.

Regular pay increases during the first 2 years depending upon work performance and attendance.

BONUS: $25 bonus per person referred if hired and completion of 30 days of employment.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the role

Conducts visual inspection and/or tests to determine quality of materials and finished products.

Working in a fast paces environment that requires accuracy, multi-tasking, and clearly communicating resolutions in an efficient manner.

Conducts routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials or finished goods.

Interprets test results and compares them to established specifications and control limits.

Performs visual inspections of finished products.

Completes documentation needed to support testing procedures.

Supplies quality control data necessary for regulatory submissions.

Investigates or reports questionable test results.

Ensures that lab cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

Writes documentation or results on data containment forms.

Other duties as assigned

Preference given to candidates that are bilingual

Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes

Has a dependable team-player attitude with an understanding that as the demand change your work hours may vary

Visually able to determine color, shape, and size of a part

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Ability to stand for up to 8 hours plus

Have a positive attitude

Education & Experience Required

High School Diploma

Quality Control experience preferred

· 1 yr experience in the automotive industry

· 1 yr experience with client engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $14.00 /hour
