Core Qualifications:
-2 + years experience as Executive Chef / Kitchen Manager or similar leadership role in high volume dining.
-Must have longevity (2 years + under the same restaurant / group).
-Corporate restaurant and independent restaurant experience preferred.
-Verifiable understanding of financial facets of business operations.
-Ability to follow recipes and directions to provide consistency with M Streets brand pillars.
-Proven experience leading and developing a team, while consistently communicating value and building confidence.
