Looking to add a member to our team. We are a general contractor and property management company. We do a number of remodels both small and large, as well as maintain a large number of properties. Mostly residential.
Job duties include but are not limited to, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, floor coverings, tile, cabinetry, finish carpentry, siding, roofing, gutters, mowing, general maintenance and upkeep of properties.
Experience is not necessary, but is a plus.
Must be a hard worker and have a good attitude.
Must be motivated and able to perform tasks without being mirco-managed.
Must be able to travel back and forth between Northern Kentucky and Lexington.
Must have a valid drivers license.
