Support Technicians are responsible for providing first level technical assistance and support related to computer systems, network systems, hardware, and software. Building our client's trust and providing excellent customer service is paramount to our success. ÂWe are looking for a candidate who shares that same goal.ÂÂTECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSProficiency in supporting Microsoft-based Networking Technologies.Knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, DNS, and DHCPExperience in supporting desktop or laptop computers, tablets, phones, routers, switches, wireless access points, etc.ÂGENERALÂRESPONSIBILITIESAnswer Helpdesk calls and create tickets.Provide support to both local and remote users.Configure and setup user desktops, laptops, phones, and tablets.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software technical issues.Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.Maintain IT equipment and update asset inventory.Work on system backup monitoring and recovery testing.Document system setups, operation procedures, and policies.Work on IT special projects and other duties as directed.ÂÂGENERAL REQUIREMENTSÂExcellent customer service skills, positive thinker, good organizational Skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills?Team player? mentality and willingness to work with others2+ years of experienceDetail OrientedÂCOMPENSATIONSalary based on experience and overall expertisePaid Vacation, Holiday, and Sick/Personal DaysOther Benefits
