Requirements:
-Great attitude & energy (A must!)
Must have experience in an upscale full service restaurant as a server or bartender
Must be courteous, and good natured. (Can't be uptight)
Desire to learn about wine (history, science, art, other cultures etc)
Empathetic, compassionate & charismatic
Passion for Hospitality (you gotta like people)
Basic Knowledge of classic cocktails
Awesome sense of humor (non-negotiable)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enjoy meeting new people (Does the phrase"never met a stranger" apply to you?)

Reliable transportation
Self-motivated

Understanding of social media platforms
Maintain Knowledge of local restaurant scene and general restaurant trends
(We would also prefer you to have good taste in music but that's strictly personal, not professional)
Minimum 2 years of full service restaurant industry experience for servers and bartenders (exceptions based on attitude & charisma and energy will be made for this requirement)
Physical expectations include working in a standing position for long periods of time, as well as can reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds. All food handlers' & liquor permits are required. Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays and extended hours as business dictates. (Ya know, you need to be able to fill the ice bin & do other side work)
Those interested in gaining wine certifications are welcome. We provide trainings specifically for these tests. (We employ a gaggle of Somms & CSW's)
