Description.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; .and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp;.and.nbsp; RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a wide variety of financial services such as opening and closing various deposit accounts, renewing certificate of deposit accounts, processing loan transactions, and assisting customers with account questionsAnswer questions regarding Bank services and perform a variety of account maintenanceServe as source of information and guidance to Teller staffCross sell services and perform related clerical functions as requiredProcess miscellaneous customer requests, such as stop payments, automatic transfers, check orders, checkbook balancing, etc.Review, complete and assist customers with basic lending applications including consumer loans and personal loansProcess wire transfers within designated authorityProcess lan Visa credit applications and Checkline applicationsAssist or refer customers with any questions or problems as they ariseRespond to customers with inquiries and transaction requests.and.nbsp; made by the phone, mail and websiteAssist Branch Management with daily Branch Operations duties such as pulling various customer reports and gathering data as neededAssist with teller line coverage as staffing levels demandIndividually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risksMaintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standardsOther duties as assignedReview, complete and assist customers with intermediate lending applications including mortgage and HELOC Independently research and resolve account issuesDESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIESThorough understanding of Bank products and servicesFamiliarity with Bank and branch functions, policies and proceduresStrong oral and/or written communication skillsWell organizedAbility to maintain an effective workflowAble to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environmentBasic to intermediate skill in Microsoft Office programs and proficiency in web-based applicationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEMust possess High School Diploma or equivalentTwo or more years teller experience preferredThorough understanding of Park National Bank guidelines, policies, and proceduresSCHEDULEOffice hours are Monday through Thursday through Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 12pm. This position is hourly and full-time. The average number of Saturdays per month is 2. Additional Saturday may be needed throughout the year.
