$1000 Orientation Pay! Fly to Orientation! Single Room! Leading Pay!

We Do Orientation Right!

I rode a bus once when I was in college, it was a 100 mile trip, TOOK 5 HOURS with several stops and two bus breakdowns, I told myself I would never ride a bus again. As a Recruiter why would I ask you to take a mode of transportation I wouldn't? As a qualified driver you are a sought out individual and every carrier you talk to tells you that, tells you your valuable and they treat their drivers better than any other carrier. Then its time to get to orientation and they tell you that your riding a bus, "but it's only 12 hours." Thanks to delays, breakdowns and the recruiter lying about how long the trip actually was you have now spent 20 hours on the bus. Now you go to the hotel, roll up to a sleazy hotel in a bad neighborhood, check into the hotel in the middle of the night to find out you now have a roommate, the company puts drivers together in rooms. After a few hours sleep a 15 passenger van comes up and loads you in like children going to school (don't talk to the driver, quiet please). You then spend the next 3-5 days living this life depending on the length of orientation. Miserable experience but standard in this industry.ÂÂIf they treat you like this now, how will they treat you on the road?

Did you know that that company could have flown you and made your 20 hour trip a 3-4 hour trip for around $100? Did you know that by bunking you up with a stranger the company only saves $50 per night (remember it is a cheap hotel). At the end of the day your new company is cheap, they would rather save a couple hundred dollars than make you comfortable and treat you like the professional you are. If they are that cheap how cheap will they be when you hit the road? Think that $5000 bonus will be paid without disqualifications or as they said on the phone? Doubtful. This new company will probably be pretty cheap especially when it comes to the most important thing, YOUR PAYCHECK!

Â

K&B Transportation does orientation right, we fly you here, pick you up at the airport, put you in a 4 star hotel and while our orientation is only 2 days long, we give the drivers company vans after night one to eat a good meal or to just go buy what they need for the road. We also pay our drivers $1000 orientation pay paid their first check! Your a professional and deserve to be treated like one. There isn't one other industry in this world that makes new employees ride a bus and puts them in cheap hotels. Be treated like the professional you are!

K&B's treatment of drivers doesn't end there. We pay a no bs 50 CPM to start! We also guarantee them 2500 miles a week, this guarantees $1250 per week minimum! We also offer scheduled raises up to 54 CPM and this raises the guarantee to $1350 per week minimum. Our drivers also enjoy full accessory pay and verified industry leading miles, simply put the guarantee is just a minimum, easily outearn it! We offer late model tractors and trailers with both manual and automatic trucks and the choice of Midwest or National Lanes and if your seeing this ad you live in a location with over 99% on time for hometime percentage!

At K&B Transportation we have better things to do than mislead you. If your ready to get trucking and get trucking right call our recruiting department today at (800) 851-8651 or visit www.drive4kb.com.
