Position: Maintenance Mechanic II (2nd shift)Location: Bowling Green KY 42101Status: Contract (4 month Temp to hire)- WILL CONSIDER DIRECT HIRE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEPay: $21.00 – 25.00 hourWe are seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift (3pm-11pm; there will be training on 1st shift for several weeks). This company produces many types of packaging materials for all industries.
Primary duties include:Providing safe and timely mechanical and electrical supportPreventative maintenance, installation, service, repairTroubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environmentThe ideal candidate will have mechanical and basicelectrical experience, a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair.Your background might include:
2+ of Industrial Manufacturing Experience (production equipment experience)
Basic electricity and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of automated industrial machinery (Electro-Mechanical Automation System Installation & Troubleshooting Experience) PM equipment motors, servos, pumps, drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls, and power transmission systems.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
PLC troubleshooting and problem-solving ability (Programming exp. not needed)
Able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings.
Computer literate with Microsoft environment.
Welding experience is a plusEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent
Military training and or Technical School training
