The IT Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the companys business objectives by planning, managing, coordinating and maintaining financial control of the project department. ÂExemplifying our core values will be paramount for successful accomplishment of the duties and achievement of the desired results. ÂThe Project Manager reports to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities:Â

-Client expectation and escalation management; understanding the importance of the clients perspective

-Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships

-Hold team accountable to high standards of quality, urgency, efficiency and effort

-Be present with the team, particularly when issues arise and stress increases

-Clear understanding of the difference between management and leadership with the ability to successfully execute in both areas

Â-Effective mentorship of project team members, clearly communicating organizational vision, values and goals

-Resource capacity planning and forecasting

-Prepare project proposals, schedules and budget

-Perform quality control of project work

-Define and communicate clear departmental hand-off procedures and expectations

Skills:

-Excellent written and verbal communication

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task various initiatives and activities

-Ability to recognize anomalies and critical situations and respond appropriately

-Highly motivated with strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong moral character

-Sound decision-making skills

-Must be able to communicate, interact and proactively engage to resolve issues with a variety of internal/external customers and/or coworkers

Knowledge and Experience:

Undergraduate degree in a Business Administration or Finance discipline

-Well versed in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project Management software

-Experience with ConnectWise is a strong advantage

-3 years professional experience in the Information Technology field
