Optometric Billing Solutions, located in NW Wichita, is one of the largest optometric billing companies in the United States. Due to our rapid growth, an exciting opportunity with this company awaits the right candidate. We are looking for an energetic and strategic thinker with solid communication and computer skills. We are looking for a full-time insurance biller that can learn quickly, retain a lot of information, and grow with us.
Your responsibilities include:
Filing claims to insurance companies
Posting insurance payments
Following up on unpaid accounts
Working with clinics to help answer their questions about claims
Analyzing and interpreting clinic trends
You will need to be:
Driven with a positive attitude
Flexible, approachable, enthusiastic and eager to exceed expectations
Able to work independently
Able to work in fast-paced environments
Have a high level of professionalism when dealing with clients
Have outstanding time management skills
Have VERY STRONG computer skills and a high attention to detail
Able to work in a cooperative manner with other team members
