We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable, results-driven professional to manage our Show & Event Team in Central Kansas. Our team is responsible for driving non-media lead generation and local awareness through events in Kansas and Northern Oklahoma. You will hire, train and manage a team of part-time and full-time representatives, as well as supervisors. You will also be responsible for the planning, execution and management of event participation and retail presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Recruit, hire, train & manage a top-notch team of part-time and full-time reps, as well as supervisors
Research, schedule, coordinate and oversee our company's participation in events
Coordinate and oversee event logistics
Ensure that all events are executed flawlessly; develop processes to achieve continuous improvement
Analyzing & reporting event results
Manage your team's lead generation and appointment setting activity at each event and retail location
Coach, develop & motivate each team member. Ensure they are following proper procedures, scripts and company guidelines
Basic administrative, managerial responsibilities
This is not an Event Planner position
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, or equivalent
Experience in event & tradeshow marketing, planning, budgeting and execution
Researching, contracting and scheduling events as a vendor
Team Building - Recruiting, hiring and training a team of sales or marketing representatives
Team Management - Management of a sales and/or marketing team
Lead generation and appointment setting
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must pass pre-employment background check
Great organizational and analytical skills are a must
This position requires occasional travel, nights and weekends
