The Hillcrest Apartments is in search of a HOUSEKEEPER. The employee in this position will vacuum, mop, dust, and otherwise keep neat and clean the lobby area, hallways, bathrooms, laundry room, etc. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Attention to detail
Pride in performance
Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a customer service oriented attitude
Neat and clean appearance
Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds
Ability to ascend and descend stairs (often with cleaning supplies)
Ability to be on time for scheduled shifts
Ability to effectively and independently function in a fast paced, often demanding environment
Ability to perform other duties or job assignments as assigned on short notice
