ON THE SPOT INTERVIEWS
OUR IDEAL KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER WILL
Have the ability to develop positive work relationships with restaurant staff and work as part of a team
Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to customers & employees
Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
Be able to follow recipes and sanitation requirements
Have the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen
REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES FOR BARTENDER POSITIONS:
Min 2 years bartending experience
Knowledge of different types of alcohols, wines, beers, and basic cocktail recipes
Outgoing personality with willingness and initiative to jump in and help others
Stable work history.
Must be able to work weekends.
REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES FOR SERVER POSITIONS:
Have the ability to maintain positive and friendly demeanor in high- volume, fast- paced environment.
Must be 18 years of age
Strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to going above and beyond to ensure excellent guest service.
Help keep service area stocked and clean throughout shift.
Must be able to work weekends.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs.
REQUIREMENTS & DUTIES FOR HOSTS & BUSSERS:
Greet customers warmly and accommodate any special needs our guests may have.
Seat guests in organized and efficient manner.
Clean tables and surrounding areas.
No experience necessary; but hospitality background a plus.
Strong work ethic, team focus, and commitment to guest service.
Must be able to work weekends.
Bussers must be able to lift 30 lbs.
