At 6S Steakhouse we believe in providing our guests with the best service possible. Entertaining and creating a memorable experience for the guests that will bring them and their friends back.

Tasks included but not limited to:

1. Mixing and serving drinks to specified recipes

2. Maintaining appropriate pour cost and food service

3. Maintaining a proficient level of tableside grace (i.e. gently placing drinks, being unobtrusive, and having a pleasant smile)

4. Suggestive selling of the restaurant drinks and food

5. Handling cash and other forms of payment efficiently and according to company guidelines6.

6. Operating the register system (POS) according to company guidelines

7. Demonstrating responsible alcohol service and checking guests ID who appear to be under 30 years old

8. Performing opening, closing, and side duties (setting up/breaking down the bar, cleaning countertops, sweeping the floor; properly labeling, covering and refrigerating prepped items for the bar; stocking liquor, beer wine and glassware throughout the shift; properly sanitizing equipment, utensils and glassware)

9. Communicating clearly and effectively in English with guests and co-workers

Requirements:

1. Knowledge of the bar products and how to mix and serve them

2. Being able to regularly perform the essential functions of the job (bending and reaching; lifting and transporting up to 50 pounds; standing and moving around for up to 8+ hours per shift)

3. Having adequate English language skills in order to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers

4. Having adequate Arithmetic skills to reconcile guests checks
