The Plant Manager is accountable for the overall operations in the Derby, KS area. Duties include:
- Oversee the plant operations of receiving and shipping collected waste and recycled oil.
- Ensuring that all company vehicles are kept clean and in good operating order.
- Maintaining all facilities and ensuring they are kept clean and in good operating order.
- Hiring and managing all drivers and plant personnel.
- Scheduling and assigning work orders/routes to the appropriate driver.
- Submit a weekly activity report to the corporate office.
- Submit all payroll hours and production bonuses to HR on a weekly basis.
- Submit all paperwork to the corporate office weekly.
Candidate must be familiar with CDI compliance laws and have experience with waste collection and recycling. Relocation assistance available.
