Midwest property management company seeking a part time property manager for our complex in Parsons. This position has the responsibility and accountability to plan, implement and monitor operations of the property.
Responsibilities include:
Manage maintenance staff
Accept rental applications
Show units for rent
Do Move-ins and Move-outs
Inspect units to ensure proper conditions
Prepare work orders for maintenance
Establish work and make-ready schedules
Walk site to ensure community is clean and safe for residents
Complete reports weekly and/or monthly are required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
Residential property management experience
Working knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
Ability to self-manage and prioritize
Strong customer service skills
Strong collections and accounts receivable skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Computer literate
Bilingual a plus
