Commissions paid on all new leases produced after resident move-in
Override paid on monthly rental income above minimum threshold
Place and answer monthly ads on Craigslist and other outlets
Handle new leases, resident inquiries, notices, small claims issues, etc.
Assist with other park management/upkeep tasks as may be needed
