Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Rep for our global financial client in Overland Park, KS. This is a full time, temporary position that could go temp to hire paying $15.75/hr . with benefits available in the first 30 days. Schedule is 12:00pm - 8pm, set schedule but days off could vary.Duties:Responsible for providing high quality telephone customer service to customers. Resolving customer inquiries, providing customers with account information, resolving or referring billing disputes, correcting payment errors, reversing fee and finance charges as appropriate and per guidelines, account maintenance, accepting card, check or other orders, acting on lost and stolen credit cards or checks, researching customer problems that couldn't be resolved during initial contact, and assessing customer needs for other products and services and cross-selling other bank products. Will receive 5 weeks of training. Calls will be monitored and you will be coached based on those monitors. It is a professional environment. There are strict attendance policies.Qualifications:Prior call center customer service experience.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to quickly gain knowledge of all assigned products.Ability to solve problems rapidly.Good keyboard and PC skills using word processing and spreadsheet software.Effective sales and referral skills.Professional telephone demeanor.Highs school diploma or GED.In addition to working with the world’s most recognized and trusted name in staffing, Kelly employees can expect:
