OverviewThis position’s main functions are to assign internal rejects and customer returns to proper secondary markets inventories, pull/pack inventoried merchandise for customer orders, initiate problem solving processes for customer for customer returns and provide accurate information for customer credit entry.This position will work Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm.Responsibilities
Processes high volume of work with little if any assistance
Assigns internal rejects and customer returns to appropriate secondary market inventories and sorts garments within secondary market categories and packs according to product class requirements
Identifies garments by their brand, gender, and style
Determines marketability of garments according to secondary market category
Accurately receives returned products into Service Improvement inventory
Assists in scheduled sales throughout the year; operating cash register, stocking inventory, and assisting customers
Pulls inventoried merchandise for customer orders
Prepares all necessary paperwork to document workflow, updates inventory and initiates invoicing the customer and provides progress updates to supervisor regarding order fulfillment, product availability, etc.
Initiates problem solving process for customer returns; Provides a sample garment for general managers to use in problem solving; Provides accurate information for customer credit entry
Processes customer returns via query RMA’s in Oracle, validating styles, and quantities for customer credit; Completes all necessary paperwork in Oracle to charge customer or sales rep as needed and update inventory; Works closely with Credit Services Department to insure all RMA’s are completed in a timely manner; Assists other departments in the fulfillment of replacement orders, rework orders and refusals
Assists in projects outside of department as needed
Qualifications
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior warehouse experience preferred
Basic knowledge of P.C.’s required
