Busy and fast paced construction company, that specializes in the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), is seeking to hire a foreman to run/manage projects as well as a lead man to assist the foreman.
We are a small, family owned business that operates out of Hallsville Missouri. When it comes to the erection of pre-engineered metal buildings, we have a combined workforce of over 150+ years’ experience. We are looking to add to that with a qualified candidate that will take pride in their work and look to be the best at what they do. We might not be the biggest company around but we do try to be the best and want you to be a part of it!
The qualified candidate must be able to travel when work is out of town (4-10 days at a time) have excellent communication, organizational skills and a very STONG WORK ETHIC. The individual we are looking for is able to keep up on paperwork while working on the jobsite and also running a crew from 3-7 men. Please keep in mind, THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE JOB This is a field job and you will be working on jobsites and erecting buildings alongside your crew. Perfect attendance is a must as you will be the one in charge on jobsites. This is not a job for anyone who is always calling in sick, does not show up for work or any of all the other reasons we hear from employees.
We are seeking candidates that have 4+ years with pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), specifically, and MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE TO Mid-Missouri. Wage/salary is negotiable and will be based off of years of experience and performance during probation period. Being able to pass a drug test is a must. After a two-month probation period, we will provide health insurance, vehicle to drive (or vehicle stipend) and an expense account.
