Order Taker/Cashier
This individual is responsible for the guest experience by: taking orders quickly and efficiently, managing their cash drawers, creating a positive and engaging guest experience by creating eye contact, sharing a smile, speaking enthusiastically, and staying connected to the guest. Use upgraded hospitality such as: May I serve the next guest? and My Pleasure, serving guests drinks, and ensuring the front of the house is clean. Can assist in stocking products and paperware in the front of the house during off peak times.
Expediter/Server
The expediter is responsible for bagging orders with speed and accuracy. During off peak hours this person may also be stocking products and paperware in the front of the house. Cashiers should not be bagging their own orders.
The server is responsible for getting the food, once bagged, to the guests by using guests names. This person can help bag orders as well and should be focused on getting the orders to the guests quickly.
Breader
This person is responsible for thawing, rotating, filleting, and breading chicken. Should maintain a clean breading table, sift coater, prepare milk and egg wash, and ensure coater and milkwash is at the appropriate level.
Boards
This back of the house position is responsible for: reading monitors and building the orders, understanding the business flow and ensuring there is enough food to meet the demand, communicating product needs to the Breader, producing products within brand quality standards.
Prep
This person is responsible for the preparation of food and products such as: lettuce, carrots and cabbage mixture, fruit cups, salads, lemonade, tea, chicken for grilled market salads, and all other products that require advance preparation. This person can also assist with stocking needs for Front and Back of the House.
Fries/Machines
The Fries individual is responsible for cooking, salting and boxing Waffle fries
The Machines individual is responsible for cooking the chicken products, setting all timers when the chicken products are removed from the pressure cookers, responsible for the Quick Clean of each Henny Penny and communicates chicken product needs to Boards and Breader.
