POSITION WE ARE HIRING: CASHIERS, COUNTERS, ZONE, & WAREHOUSE
REPORTS TO: Managers on Duty
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Be 18 years of age.
Retail experience preferred
High aptitude for metrics and process oriented
Must be available to work night and weekend shifts
Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 lbs.
KEY QUALITIES: Strong organizational skills, Dependable, Timely, Honest & Positive.
SALARY: $9 for initial two-week trial period, then $10 per hour.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Cashier: Interact with customers with a positive, welcoming attitude, help them with transactions, and answer any questions a customer might have. Cashiers must stand the majority of their shift, be responsible for all monies, and keep the front area of the store neat and orderly.
Counter/Floater: Interact with customers in a positive, welcoming attitude. Count all items the customer wishes to purchase, and guide customer to complete the checkout process. When no items need to be counted, help in neighboring areas in the store.
Zone/Floor Attendant: Clear bins of debris and trash. Help customers with unboxing process, and answer any questions possible. Stay active and moving, and keep floor as neat and organized as possible. Take trash bins out.
Warehouse/Stocking Attendant: Sort items as them come off of trucks. Take product onto the floor, and restock bins at appropriate times. Take empty bins back to warehouse section. Keep storefront organized.
