Property Maintenanc/Handyman
Full-Time or Part-Time
We are a company based out of LeMars, Iowa who purchases single family properties all around the area for rental use and property resale. We are looking to add a part time and/or a full-time employee to assist in the rehabbing projects. The ideal candidate will be working with a wide scope of projects and should be able to work independently and be self-motivated. We offer flexibility on your schedule, so you can meet the demands of your family. The part time position would be perfect for someone looking for fill in work or someone that is semi-retired as you can create your own schedule. The job would be mainly the Woodbury, Plymouth, Sioux Counties. The hourly pay for either position will be based on your experience and skill level. The duties would vary and involve several aspects of light construction to make a house sellable or rentable.
