Our most successful Residential Coordinators (RC) are strong in motivating others, overcoming challenges and solving complex problems. They accept accountability and responsibility for themselves and their team. They build positive, engaging relationships with and among their team members.
The RC ensures high quality services are being provided and are reflective of CSNs mission, principles and goals. The RC provides leadership, coaching, oversight and quality assurance of work completed by the Front-Line Supervisors and Direct Support Professionals. RC also coordinates meetings and activities with team members, guardians and service coordinators to develop and maintain positive individual support programming for people receiving services.
What do I need in order to be qualified?
At minimum: one-year of experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or behavioral services; be at least 18 years of age; a high school diploma or equivalent; a valid drivers license, good driving record, reliable transportation and current auto insurance. The employee must pass background checks favorably, and have full range of motion, physical strength and ability to achieve and maintain required training and certifications. Applicants must also have availability to be on-call M-F; and rotating weekends. Salary offered will be commensurate with education and experience.
Desired qualifications include:
Bachelors Degree with a major in a related field and two-years experience in the field of intellectual disabilities and/or mental health services including supervising the work of others; QMRP, LMHP, and experience in developing behavior building programs is highly regarded.
