Park Plaza MHP is looking for a part time maintenance person. Must be available as needed. Show up to work on time. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, fixing walls, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance, landscaping, any indoor and outdoor needs that arise that will involve manual labor. 5 plus years of experience with working on mobile homes or any general contracting work is required. Must not be afraid to work. Have a good attitude and be attentive to detail. Hours will vary week to week but will be a set schedule. Minimum of 10 hours up to 30 hours a week depending on work that needs to be done. Only serious inquiries that will be able to meet this criterion please.
