Local company seeking full time employee to assist in daily duties with renewable energy facility. Applicant will be responsible in assisting with complete operation of a 1.0 MW anaerobic digestion facility located on a farm in Eastern Iowa. Responsibilities will include daily monitoring and reporting, delivering substrates to the digester, facilitating delivery of digester products including liquid effluent and bio-fibers, and repairs and maintenance of equipment. Applicant must possess mechanical skills, as well as basic computer skills. Experience with skid steers, wheel loaders, and telehandlers is a plus. Additional experience with operation and maintenance of a 1.0 MW Caterpillar generator and related equipment will also be a plus.
