Restaurant Team Member (Sandwich Artists)
As a Sandwich Artist (or Team Member) your role is critical to our business. You will be the face of the business, so you should be a leader and a people pleaser as well as reliable. The ideal candidates should have a desire to grow and move up in our company. We are looking for friendly candidates that are available to work on any day from Sunday through Saturday. This is a full-time or part-time position to primarily serve our lunch & dinner guests.
Responsibilities
Provide incredible customer SERVICE, greeting guests and answering questions in a friendly manner, proactively offering assistance and making product / service recommendations and accommodating special requests. You should be able to take direction and complete tasks with a sense of urgency.
The Sandwich Artist® performs a variety of duties relating to Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) - A Sandwich Artist® greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
Qualifications & Skills
You must be at least 16 years old for this position.
Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction.
