help direct our staff of up to 22 crew members
participate in the prep and serving of our great food
follow checklists and use good judgement to keep everyone on task for smooth operations
follow and enforce store policies and food safety procedures at all times
be trained to do manager's duties in their absence
competitive pay based on experience
Requirements:
be coachable and able to coach others
restaurant work experience desired but not required
must be 18+ with valid driver's license and reliable insured transportation
be able to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally
provide FSSMC (Food Service Safety Manager Certificate) or ServSafe Food Manager Certificate within 60 days, and provide IL Food Handler Certificate until food manager certificate is obtained
take online training as assigned
