Regional Director:

Regional Director responsibilities:
As a Regional Director, you'll:
Be trained, by us, to help you do this job well to teach, guide, mentor and train
Assess, evaluate, and improve current operations within your geographic region
Ensure performance metrics are met and exceeded each month
Build rapport with the local managers, ensuring their efforts are aligned strategically and operationally
Build and maintain a positive and productive workplace culture
Oversee the adoption and integration of new data reporting systems

How much does the role pay?
$130,000 + 25,000 stock options (equity) based on full-time focus; proportional for part-time. Other product and compensation terms and details apply.
