Sales Associates/Project Managers
(Davenport, Iowa and Surrounding Areas)
ABOUT US
We are a licensed Residential & Commercial General Contractor aka ESSENTIAL BUSINESS seeking motivated individuals due to explosive demand for property restoration as a result of several hail/wind storm events in the area the past 2 years. As part of our team, you will have a fun and exciting opportunity to make a very lucrative income, work out in the field and in a professional office environment, have opportunity for professional advancement, and will learn about the BILLION dollar storm restoration industry!
(No construction or skilled labor experience necessary or required.)
HIRING:
- New Hire Orientation and Level I Training
- In-depth training provided, Commissions earned during training paid in FULL
- First paycheck paid May 23, 2020 - and every week thereafter
COMPENSATION:
- Starting Salary $500/ per week (Paid as draw against future commissions)
- Weekly payroll, paid every Friday
- Average commissions per job - $1500. Average jobs per month - 10 = $15,000/month!
- Marketing Materials and tools of the trade provided
JOB DUTIES:
- Meet with Residential and Commercial property owners
- Inspect properties for storm damage i.e. roof leaks, damage to roofing materials, gutters, paint, windows, etc.
- Forensic analysis of storm damage and documentation for insurance claim
- Assist clients with the initial filing of claim if storm damage present
- Meet with insurance adjusters, facilitate approval based on damage findings
- Formally contract the job with property owner and collect insurance monies
- Oversee production and assist as needed - 2-4 more checks will need collected
- Provide excellent customer service to clients

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Physical Requirements - Will be performing property inspections inside and out. Will need to be able to climb ladders, work in warm weather conditions, and some possible light lifting.
- Must be able to sell, negotiate and close construction work contracts (will train)
- Must have a cell phone
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
- Business Casual attire and appearance - shirts and hats provided
- Positive attitude
