Our team's mission is to improve our organization's security posture by enabling and motivating other teams to practice security while they develop software. You will;
Drive applications, tools, and frameworks that make doing security easy
Create Security run books in support of Development
Grow a security mindset in our organization's culture
Get people excited about security
Coach teams to grow their security capability

Proven experience in the design, development, testing and integration of high complex software solutions in Java web development with Sprint and Restful APIs leveraging change management
Understanding of applications development environment, database, data management and infrastructure capabilities and constraints
Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment
Proven deep experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (1+ years)
Deep experience in cloud development with platforms like AWS or Azure (
Working understanding of full-stack design patterns and designing loosely coupled architectures
Deep Experience working with Veracode
Interpersonal, Leadership and Teaming Competencies
Capable of collaborating with multiple business stakeholders to provide information technology solutions
Skilled in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
Proven experience as a work lead providing technical coaching and mentoring to others
Proven strong leadership skill and experience, influence effectively, ability to resolve impediments in a timely manner
Learning Agility / Innovative - desire and openness for continuous technical learning and identifying areas for application
Growth mindset - willingness to deal and thrive in uncertainty
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering
