We NEED to hire someone with
Above average writing skills. All of us are pretty good writers. You need to be better than us!
Some basic research skills, almost all of which will be applied to college admissions and test preparation stuff.
A pathological commitment to details.
A flexible schedule. E.g., if we shoot you an hour-long project on a Tuesday, you can get it done by Wednesday.
A bachelor's degree (or higher, obviously) in a writing/research intensive field
Some sort of writing/research experience
We HOPE to hire someone with
Mandarin skills
The hourly rate starts at $20, and typically goes to $25 within a few months, contingent on performance, commitment, etc. All the work is online.
