Iowa City rental company searching for experienced maintenance technician. Full time position doing basic home repair work, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and painting. Must be able to work well without direct supervision or assistance.
Qualifications include:
Experience in home repair, electrical and plumbing work necessary
Good time management skills
Clean background (excluding minor traffic violations and minor misdemeanors)
Valid driver's license
Additional job requirements:
Some overtime work necessary
On-call / after-hours work as needed
