What Are Environmental Technicians Expected To Do?

ACS Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Reliable Transportation to and from job sites
Smartphone
Background Check
Drug Screen
Experience is a plus but not required. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.

Commercial Cleaning - Business Offices/Apartments
Hallway cleaning
Trash Removal
Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping of floors, bathrooms, windows
High Dusting.
Residential Cleaning - Home Cleaning for Individuals and Families
General duties can vary due to the cleanliness habits and expectations of each client. Duties may include:
Light Housekeeping
Deep Cleaning
Organizing
Trash Removal
Vacuuming, Sweeping, and Mopping of Floors
Bathrooms
Windows
Dusting
Dishes,
Bed Making
Laundry
or Other Odd Jobs
Carpet Shampoo Technicians - Carpeted Flooring and Furniture Upholstery Cleaning
General duties include stain, odor, spots, and pet remnants removal for homes and businesses. Position requires:
Floor Preparation (often including furniture movement),
Vacuuming,
Chemical Mixing,
Proper Floor Treatment,
and Operation of Various Carpet Shampoo Equipment.
