Enrollment Representative
Location: Dubuque, IA
6-12 month contract ( the company will hire rock stars)
Pay: $10.50/hr w2
Our client needs an Enrollment Representative with data entry and customer service experience. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers regarding claim investigations and consult with customers on health-related services. This is an immediate need for the client and interviews are being conducted this week.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of customer-related experience required
Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
